Platina isn’t that bad. For the late game, perhaps the grinding is hard, but, remember, you don’t need the best vehicles for the best grinding quests ( crush five vehicles to get 25 + get 1 trillion to get 30). You can upgrade all of the vehicles in the game to a max value of 75 billion. Which means a Bucotti Type 75C Pacific could be as valuable for grinding as a high end car like the Hypershock SSV. Just don’t try to upgrade a pilu p50 or something to 75 billion, as that would be a headache.
Also, there are features with platina not found in other currency systems like the ability to buy only the cars you want. ( means that you could skip all the cars behind a high end car, and get the car straight away, which could save a LOT of time).
