Since there are barely any vehicles with amphibious capabilities, how about an amphibious tier 3 derby class tank?

Has this really not been suggested before?
how was the missile variant suggested before the actual bmp 
but judging by the picture, its more like heavily modified bmp by ukraine (similar turret to BTR-3E), and the missile is completely optional, so does it make any difference?
I think they’ll let this suggestion stay open
