Black screen in races

What is the bug?
i hosted a race but when the race stared all i saw was a black srceen

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: sometimes

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. join or host a race pick a car then wait for the race to start when it does it might be a black screen

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

I had this issue while playing the game on iphone. So far my only hope of resolving is just rejoining the server. That usually wipes the glitch out.

My guess is that the black screen is for loading purposes, so the game can transition smoothly. The problem is that perhaps one too many codes are ran and the screen is just stuck.

This happened to me even, i had to restart my pc 3 times before it worked fine. Just to mention it was during the hunt event
