Why are we not allowed to add CC2 suggestions if we get banned from the CC2 discord server? Or is there an issue with me or something??? I want to add a suggestion.

It says I’m only allowed to add any new off topics. I can’t find the Suggestion or the Discord suggestions category! (Even if I’m banned from the CC2 Discord server.)
