(Audi) ABT RS6 Legacy Edition
Over the past two decades, hardly any vehicle from the Audi brand has embodied power, driving pleasure and sportiness as much as the RS6. For many, the terms V8 and performance are synonymous. Audi had replaced the original ten-cylinder engine with an eight-cylinder engine. This made the vehicle lighter, more economical and the resulting optimisation of the axle load distribution made it a real “corner specialist”.
But now the V8 era is also coming to an end. As a tribute to the powerful heart of the 8-cylinder bi-turbo, our engineers have once again put a great deal of passion into the further development of the RS6. The result: the ABT RS6 Legacy Edition - a high-performance sports car with an uncompromising design, limited to 200 vehicles.
The brute power alone that has been unleashed, increasing the standard 630 HP (463 kW)* to 760 HP (559 kW) at up to 980 Nm*, demands proper respect. This increase has been made possible by ABT Power R technology, which includes ABT turbochargers and ABT intercoolers in addition to ABT Engine Control (AEC). ABT intercoolers and adapted air routing of the optimised air intake grilles in the carbon front skirt inserts ensure perfect cooling and thus consistently high performance.
