from what its seems the game believes that you are still in your vehicle but, the vehicle seat root part is missing. It looks through to find it, but can’t. Underwater effects are rendered to the camera position relative to the location of the seat, and the rag doll model is also set to being in the water, since the root part is also connected to the seat.

Go to the car spawn point in between row 1&3 which is parallel to the elevator
Move close to exterior lobby wall

It seems that this bug has stopped working does this mean that the bug has been fixed please let me know
This is how I found out: I tried this bug from a PC and from a phone and both made me understand that it no longer works
