Almost everything disappeared and speed bar bugged after race

Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: Game’s just near completely broke, as seen in screenshot/videos

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: This is the first time it has happened, but may be sometimes

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: PC

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

The last race I was in was desert race (not dirt track version), after the race for some reason all trees and logs (possibly targets as well, pretty much every terrain thing except boulders)

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No: No (However on a side note, the rewind/frozen car bug is the same issue I had approx. 3 times when doing the last previous target/airtime achievement quests for the recent car update. Related? I have no idea as that was on phone so it was dismissed as poor performance, but the same thing has just happened on PC.)

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

Update on this bug, as for the trees/plants/logs on the ground have disappeared again just now, this is the 4th time its happened in the past ~7 days.
