From the way I see it Roblox handles who can use it along with the moderation behind it. Plus it’s optional on a per user basis. (If you are old enough to sign up for it) I can’t think of any reason it should be added or really any reason it shouldn’t be.
That said tho, personally I’m not a huge fan of the voice chat as a whole.

while spatial voice could have been a good idea there is absolutely no moderation behind it and all it is is just some 15 year olds with no life swearing at each other
