Acid crusher kills you from outside the door

What is the bug?
Answer:
Whilst standing outside the acid crusher - it will skill kill you even though the door is sealed

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer:
Every time you stand next to the door

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer:
Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

1. Place your car in the crusher and enable quick activation.
2. When the door closes, let the conveyor take you to it.
3. The acid then kills you

and also its because of if your character runs into the acid on the outside the hitbox registers that you are hitting acid so you die
