Able To Use Rocket Booster Outside of Vehicle

What is the bug?
Answer: Upon leaving my vehicle when it spawns, I am still able to use the Rocket Booster.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Sometimes, this has been a bug for while.

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Computer and Tablet.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Spawn a vehicle.
  2. Leave the vehicle immediately after it spawns, usually when the screen is black.
  3. Still having access to the Rocket Booster even outside the vehicle.

yeah its s bug i got this once when i was playing on mobile but i dont play on mobile anymore im more of a pc user

In this case, I was doing a hardcore part grind on PC and this happened to me at least 8 times for 1 and a half years.
