Instead of a secret boat like in the trello, after the nuke is activated, secret bunker doors appears anywhere on the highway outside the building. It could be in a tunnel wall or on the water near the overseas part. The doors will be big enough to fit the Peel P50 at its widest and it opens outwards. After jumping in, players will see a ladder that leads to the doors and some chairs along with a TV that observes the heli in a closed room.It will open for 3 more seconds after the heli leaves, after which it closes. It grants as much money as the heli at the longest timer. The payout will increase when the timer is shorter. Anyone who is inside the bunker when the nuke explodes stays there until the building is regenerated. Afterwards, they have to manually spawn their old car or climb out to get out of the bunker.

there actually is one, it is locate in the edge of the map in the sea, you can go there with a car 2tons or over, (e.g. bank truck) just drive in to the sea like out side row 1,3,4
your car will be ded when u got there, just swim there, and ur there! just dont fall down the edge!
p.s.:the fastest car in water is the suv from gta5
