A rework to the limited rerun system

yup, I got what I wanted and yet I’m still complaining
on a more serious note, I think there is a need of a rework for the event shop system

there will be no event shop!
instead, major events like christmas and halloween will give you the opportunity to earn rerun coupons (which isn’t a blatant ripoff off forza horizon’s backstage passes, trust me)
you’d get one or two max for completing the event, and each one of them will allow you to pick any limited car you don’t own yet
this’d make the supposed “devaluing” less blatant and people less pissed about not being able to get what they want (I got the 959 purely because of luck)
