A precision cutter for CC2

It has not been listed in the forums, Buttttttttttt…

I would like a precision cutting tool in CC2, Because I make crazy car experiments by cutting off pieces of my car, (it affects factors such as steering and acceleration.) And maybe for a new item to be added to car crushers is a precision cutter, Which has a point on the screen and breaks one part at a time, Because with a crowbar it is aimed for destruction purposes, and with one misshit all of your engine is gone and you can’t drive it anymore.

i think this should be default in customization, being able to remove a part, and it will spawn missing a part
i think i already suggested this but it got closed bc it was in trello

I could make my terrain destroyer super fast in derby haha…but defense would be worse ;~:
it just needs a lot of love and a rebuild. Anyway, sorry off topic but this should really be done
