I don’t think anyone is complaining that you (or anyone else) is suggesting stuff you actually find interesting
If your suggestions are things you actually want, this doesn’t apply to you and you shouldn’t be getting worked up over it. The whole reason why this is an issue with anyone is because there are people who literally just made it their goal to have over a thousand suggestions JUST for the sake of having a thousand suggestions.
As an example, DatDude literally had “road to 1000 suggestions” in his bio.
I mean tbh that’s just tote being tote (not that it’s a good thing of him to do, it’d be better if he could just not disrespect people’s opinions on styles)
Yeah seeing him be like that reminds me of the Jailbreak community a group I sadly had to deal with constantly as not liking hypercars was offensive to them.

i really do not care how many i have but some people here jump to conclusions and assume the opposite

Obviously the number of suggestions can be a lot and I know at least some of the mods agree with that (reasons why I never wanted to be one), but I mean if you can do it in moderation and still make good suggestions as well as stuff you actually care for, then that’s fine and you aren’t the problem in this.
yea i just think some people overlook the cooldown part
for example if ive suggested x amount i would have to wait a few hours before suggesting what i like again
and once i hit the limit, i wait like 16 hours to suggest again so thats plenty enough time for cool stuff from other people to come in
Yeah it only becomes an issue when you have like five people doing it at separate times throughout the day (which is hardly even an exaggeration unfortunately). That’s why I honestly think it should be more of a universal limit rather than user-specific and then just set a lower limit for each individual user. Like let’s say 40 suggestions for the entire subcategory per 24 hour period, but a user can only make five suggestions on their own out of those 40 so no one can take up all the spaces. Obviously these are arbitrary numbers with no data to back them up, but it’s just a concept I came up with while typing this out. I don’t actually think it would even be possible considering how discourse works, but it’d probably help a lot.
yeah i kinda did that with mine
went from suggesting random cars (like the cnr blue bird which i still don’t get how it got ingame and the bmw 323ti) to actual decently known cars (for example the 930 slantnose, volvo v70r, and gtr nismo)

or just be like me and mute the entire vehicle suggestions category
the whole thing with vehicle suggestions doesnt even affect me but im fine helping debate for people who dont have the voice to do it themselves
