A "mine plow" should be added as buyable upgrade for tanks in the game

seeing as we have a plow for cars and one for trucks, we should have one for tanks in the game too.

thanks! hopefully someone sees it because tanks have barely any buyable stuff in the game and this would def be more fun for derby and what not. also the only last time i could find that this was suggested was all the way back in 2020…
