What is the bug?**
Answer: There is one rim option that messes up the driving and steering ability of certain cars, which affects particularly low-level cars and beginning cars (<1 token). These are some vehicles that are affected by this bug, like the Chevrolet Corvair, Nissan Silvia, Volkswagen Beetle 1300, UAZ 425, Chevrolet Impala, and some which may not be on the list but has to be discovered. It seems related to the code of this particular rim that causes this bug.
How often does the bug happen? (Everytime/sometimes/rarely)
Sometimes, not all cars are affected by this.
What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

First, go to the dealership, and choose the rims portion.

Choose this particular wheel (image attached below). It should be the first buyable wheel after default. Confirm then go to the crash facility.
- You will then notice some affected cars can not drive properly and become wonky to handle. (see attached video below).
