also this has a Coyote V8 compared to the prototypes that used an Apollo Intensa Emozione chassis, those of which had a Ferrari V12
a V8 might sound like a downgrade, but keep in mind that this is still supposed to pay homage to De Tomaso’s older models, most notably the Pantera which used a Cleveland V8, so if anything it kinda makes the car a bit more connected to the older cars it’s based off of (although I think it definitely would be cool if it used a Voodoo V8 from a GT500)
