2010 Mazda MX-0 (LA Design Challenge 2010)

This could go well with the existing Kaan, wouldn’t it?

A futuristic concept (described as the MX-5 of the future but with its main qualities gone to the extreme) made for the 2010 LA Design Challenge (the same one that gave us the Mercedes Biome).

At the heart of the MX-0 is its purpose as a driving beast. Its ultra-light mass is pushed by high-torque electric motors. High power-to-weight is where a Mazda comes alive. Impossible acceleration and instant cornering is the result. It’s more like flying than driving. Zero hindrance. Driving bliss.

As stated above, it’s supposed to be powered by a couple of electric motors while maintaining the lightest possible weight. That would place the Mazto XS-0 (other name might be picked) in X class, having higher handling than most of the hypercars in the same class (at 22-23), only falling behind the Revenni XT3, but has better straightline performance than the aforementioned car. 175T would be a fair price to pay for this kind of all-rounder.
