either I’m blind or this has never been suggested as far as I’m aware
so this car was originally a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, but Amuse decided to go ahead and make the crazy move of replacing nearly every body panel on the car with a carbon fiber version
of course, such a crazy weight reduction technique meant that it would have crazy losses, and around 500 kg was taken off of the original Skyline, making it a very nimble car
the car is so fast from its weight savings and increased power to the point where it could do a lap of Tsukuba in only 57 seconds, faster than Nissan’s own GT-R Nismo
the car is currently undergoing a restoration by its new owner, so it will be interesting to see it back in action again
