well, one thing I can say is that the max accel can actually be even higher, around 13.5
LS engines make crazy power if you throw boost at them.

1400HP is DEFINITELY achievable with those LS engines
pretty easy. You don’t even need cams very often you can just slap two turbos or put a twin-scroll S/C on it
