Debuting in the spring of 2002 the 2003 Cobra came with a supercharged 32-valve DOHC, 4.6-liter V8 engine. This engine was rated at 390 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. The development crew, led by John Coletti called it “Terminator”.
* They made improvements to the powertrain and driveline.
* A cast-iron block was used of the previous aluminum unit.
* The block had internals, including Zollner pistons and forged Manley H-beam connecting rods.
* These rods were modified with a wrist pin oiling hole by the SVT engineers.
* The Cobra had an Eaton M-112 roots-type supercharger.
* This supercharger delivered 8 psi of boost.
The Cobra could go 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds. It could do the quarter mile in 12.67 seconds at 110.11 mph. The top speed was electronically limited to 153 mph.. A factory-stock Terminator Cobra could reach a top speed of just under 180 mph if the governor was removed.
The 2003 Cobra had visual and functional improvements. These were designed by Camilo Pardo, the designer of the 2005-2006 Ford GT supercar.
* The exterior had a front fascia with an integrated spoiler and front brake air ducts.
* There was a rear fascia with a black insert.
* This insert visually integrated the exhaust pipes.
* The Cobra had a hood with dual functional heat extractors.
* The side scoops were newly designed.
* The foldable side-view mirrors were painted in the matching body color.
The side skirts were designed specifically for the Terminator Cobra body kit. They had a body line from the door to the bottom of the car. The 2003-2004 Cobras used standard red Mustang taillights with turn signals.
* SVT introduced five-spoke 17x9-inch wheels.
* These wheels were available in machined-faced aluminum with metallic argent-painted pockets.
* They were also available in chrome.
* The Terminator Cobra had a decklid spoiler, with an integrated LED brake light.
* It was optional to delete the spoiler.
* The brake light was then integrated into the decklid using bulbs.

Im suggesting this car in honor of my brothers 16th birthday, He passed on april 17th from kidney failure. 4 days after his 16th birthday. My brother was obsessed with the SVT Cobra, our dad owned one and it was so incredible to ride in, it was so smooth around the corners and overall it felt so amazing all around. My brothers dream car was the Cobra SVT for as long as I could remember.
Hopefully this gets brought into the game!
My brother was the one who suggested the Toyota Hilux dakar Rally Truck a few years ago and it luckly got seen and was added into the game by sheer luck! He Went by NotAcedMirageYT until his account was hacked and permanently ban months ago.
