2002-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS (4x4)

Love these things
VERY surprising amount of power this 4.2 liter I6 produces, is on par with the larger 4.8 liter V8 Vortec.
The 4.2 Atlas Vortec engine is also LS design I believe. Very nice little engine
I say little, 4.2 is quite large for a V6
The Chevrolet Trailblazer was also the first vehicle to pioneer and succeed very well with a FULLY hydroformed ladder frame, and even with 8 welded crossmembers. Yeah. This thing is big, heavy, VERY surprisingly fast, good power potential, reliable, and just overall a very wonderful package of durability, acceleration, torque, looks, interior room, payload capacity, towing capacity. However, it is top heavy, so mind hitting another vehicle while cornering, you WILL tip over.
Amazing drivetrain as well, a 4 speed hydromatic with decent stock gearing.

Cupholders man, always need a close up of those c u p h o l d e r s

Payload Capacity: 1505 pounds
Towing: 6400~6700 (QUITE impressive for what it is, goes to show frame strength and drivetrain strength)
Vehicle Weight:
The weights on this vehicle are varying greatly when I research them, so I will just estimate to 4,970 pounds
(2.49 Tons)
Engine and drivetrain: Engine: 4.2 Liter LS Vortec Inline-six cylinder, 270-285 Horsepower at
6000 RPM, and a surprising 275-280 pound-feet of torque at only 3500 RPM. Maximum RPM of this vehicle’s engine is 6300.
Also, a fun fact, this mighty little (its very big for a v6 however) engine makes NINETY PERCENT of its peak torque at only 1800 RPM!! Very nice power.
Quite a lot of power out of this I6.
0-60mph: 7.6 seconds (base)
Top speed: 119mph
Frame:
S T R O N K

Engine: The class-leading, and a feat of engineering, the 4.2 Vortec Atlas engine
And here’s a neat article about it I found:
The Forgotten Inline Engine: GM’s 4.2-liter Atlas I-6 | Top Speed

CC2 SPECS:
Acceleration (stock): 9.2
Acceleration (all cc2 mods, minus weight mods): 12.6
Attack: (stock) 62
Attack (modded): 77
Defense: 130
Access: VIP
Handling: 12.7
Handling (Best spoiler) 15.5
Tier: 1
Seats: 5
Cost: 500-600k in-game cash
So basically in cc2 this will be a powerful, unique, all-round good stat SUV. It will have far above average defense for a beginner tier 1. Very high attack also.
Pros: Quite Durable, fast for what it is, forgiving, good ground clearance, has 4wd, heavy (can be pro and con, being heavy) Good seating capacity (can carry lots of friends around or give people rides, inRL or in cc2 lol)
Con: Top heavy, less maneuverable than the car tier-1s in beginner. Top speed is a little to be desired when compared to the 155mph+ top speed higher end cars in beginner, but it makes up for it in many other traits it has imo. It is very nice all round other than handling like a boat car

Playing wise, this vehicle would be very powerful in ffa if used correctly. This vehicle is heavier than even trucks, and should be treated as such.
is powerful in basically every scenario, tag, ffa, team deathmatch, it has no real notable weaknesses in any role. Very good multi-purpose vehicle. Jack of all trades, and, as a matter of fact, master of a few things. It’s above average in basically every way if it was in-game, minus maneuverability. It’s basically the in-game ford edge, but a good deal better in basically every aspect. And looks better imo
Accel isn’t the best but is definitely one of the faster vehicles of would-be beginner derby if it were added there.
Enjoy ^^

it seems like it sustained literally no damage in these tests

And here are a crash test of it versus a mini cooper in a 35 mph head on crash

And here’s this one, this honestly kinda surprised me, side impact vs another car did practically nothing to the trailblazer, but mess up surface (outside/body) stuff on the trailblazer, and didnt even scratch the frame
