This one was actually more successful the the FTO, winning the first race at Suzuka and never getting a finish below 5th the entire season and even took pole at Autopolis, all while it was FWD
Unfortunately though as I said in the FTO suggestion, being FWD means more stress on your front wheels which led to 2 separate retirements in the season, leading the Celica to end up 3rd place in the standings overall, very good for what it was
This car is also known for being in Gran Turismo 2
