the start of Rover’s rennaissance that almost happened (but didn’t becuase of BMW and the Chinese)
it’s FWD, but it literally got called the best handling FWD sedan ever at the time of release (and it wasn’t by the Rover officials)
people say the KV6 in this is unreliable but how did it end up in the top 5 of the 2001 JD Power survey then? (also being the sole Euro car in the top 5)
the 75 got called the most beautiful car of it’s class in 1999, and, in fact, by Italians, who are famous for well-designed supercars such as the Lamborghini Diablo, the Pagani Zonda and the first gen Fiat Panda
the example I’m suggesting is the pre-facelift version with the 2.5 170hp V6, the comfiest and the quickest “normal” spec (not counting the later V8 model) as the Roamer R750.
