- With factory support, the 348 LM is a one-off racing version of the Ferrari 348 that participated in the 1993 and 1994 24 Hours of Le Mans
- The 348 LM was the first Ferrari to race in a Le Mans since the 1984 24 Hours of Le Mans (pre-dating the entry of the Ferrari 348 GT Competitzione in 1994)
- The 348 LM would be out of the 1993 24 Hours of Le Mans before the race would start due to an incident during warm-up; this occurred in the Porsche Curves with Eddie Irvine’s Toyota LMP1 car impacting the Ferrari, causing considerable damage and ending the 348 LM’s 1993 24 Hours of Le Mans efforts
- The 348 LM would make its appearance in other races such as the 1994 Vallelunga 4 Hours, the Suzuka 1000 km, the BPR Global GT Endurance series, and the British GT Series
- The 348 LM was sold to a long-term American collector in 2002; in 2023, the 348 LM resurfaced for major servicing, and it would return to its 1994 Le Mans “Totip” livery
