like a quattro, but better
The first road-going Audi S car, the S2 range was based on the B4 gen of the Audi 80 (the Coupe was called simply Coupe in its basic guise).
It shared all mechanical bits with the quattro, but the iconic 2.2 litre turbo I5 had a few more horses squeezed out, now having 230hp.
It’s not just the coupe - the S2 also had sedan and Avant versions (might suggest those two later), but the two-door is by far the most common with 7370 examples made (out of 9488, compared with 1812 Avants and only 306 sedans).
This’d be called the Audos R2 Coupe ingame, ending up somewhere in beginner derby (might even be a bit more expensive than the S14), as a fairly competitive C and B class racer, though the high stability might prove useful in derby, too.
