NAME: 1974 Manta Mirage
A short discussion about the Gone in 60 seconds Mustang’s copyright being recently lifted (in a forum post you’ll most likely see next to this), reminded me of one of the silly cars featured in that movie, which surprisingly isn’t suggested: The Manta Mirage.
Manta Cars was a company active between 1974 and 1986, having made only two models plus a prototype, with a summed 1000 cars sold. The Mirage was the relatively more successful of the two, due to its movie appearances, and it was very easily modifiable due to essentially being a kit car.
PICTURES:
** There was an overwhelming amount of reference images of this car, especially on forums, so below ive listed some links for anyone who wants to learn more/check out the car in depth.
