NAME: Porsche 914-6 GT (also stylized as the 914/6 GT)
PICTURES:
(it was pretty hard to find multiple photos of the same car as there are many variants, but I just wanna maintain consistency when I suggest a car)
it’s crazy how this hasn’t been suggested before, as there are a few 914 suggestions, but not this
so as the GT in the name suggests, it was a racing variant of the 914-6 road car that Porsche was making at the time, but it had many different improvements, with weight reduction being one of the more substantial improvements made
this car would be very successful in its races that it competed in, with the most notable one being a class win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans (although it’s no surprise that the 917 Kurzheck would overshadow this victory, as it’s far more iconic)
due to the limited production of this car, and being excruciatingly rare, the GT wouldn’t really see too much action outside of its initial few races it won, and would eventually get replaced with the 911 Carrera RSR (which is another beauty in itself)
