Vehicle wheels still have somewhat colision with other vehicle even if pvp is disabled

it’s very similar to this

Colliding with another racer during server-announced race competition where PvP is off

To avoid this turn off PVP when entering server race. Doesn’t seem to happen in player hosted races.
