It’s not even that big of a deal that the car is not in production but there are prototypes and they have made cars before and the Devel 16 is a good concept

it’s just another scam mobile, with the only difference being the engine not being an LS or a silly powerful electric motor setup
the so-called 5000hp v16 exists but it’s unlikely to be fitted into anything resembling a production car nor they would make more than one
