get like a cheap office pc and chuck in a gpu
and u get an ok pc for productivity and modelling idk
It’s surprisingly easy to find a cheap used pc
downside is the hardware is probably at least a decade old and has like 2 kilobytes of ram idk
to buy a pc you need money
or go dumpster diving behind an office building to maybe find pcs they threw away 
i dont think its worth digging through paper to have a slight chance at finding parts
