In Suggestions > CC2 Customization Suggestions, you have to post specific items. I quote Panwells:

I therefore moved it to Suggestions > CC2 Suggestions, since that is where non-specific customisation suggestions go; and removed the Vehicle-Kit since that is for the Suggestions > CC2 Customization Suggestions. I haven’t moved it to Suggestions > CC2 Vehicle Suggestions because that is for suggesting vehicles, not vehicle features.
