If you sign up for Guilded (which Roblox apparently bought) go to your profile and click on Connect to Roblox, you should see a Roblox beta Oauth screen.

The actual oauth system has been used for a good while now (although thus far limited to internal use at Roblox). The developer and other user facing parts have not been released yet however (and guilded also has no form of a developer api currently).
