It’s saying you’re offline? what?
Second one seems like a browser issue since I haven’t had any problems nor has anyone else reported such (errors that appear in the console are helpful however).
Third one is a cache issue as already stated, chrome especially has a tendency to cache anything and everything. (this what Wolf said)

I think the solution is to used a different browser (all those stuff above happened when I was using Samsung Internet, but it was fine after I switched to chrome as my main browser)
