(The server will automatically change the weather at a random time) From clear to rainy (but without changing the grip of tires in races, if during the race or long before its start the weather was changed to rainy, which should change the behavior of transport outside of races)
this game is going to look 10x better

you should suggest that, maybe as a private server setting and a race setting too
