the only option i see is to just get another browser
if the download links to them are blocked you’ll have to get the setup from somewhere else (either another trustworthy website or an external device)

also i have to deal with something similar (a program which restricts access to certain websites), although it usually doesn’t hamper me
and if it does i just open cmd and kill the tasks then run hotspot and i’m free to browse whatever
