technically yes, but you could make the argument that the interior is different
(also the GT is the homologation model for the GTR Longtail, it’s not much of a surprise that it’s basically the same)

But if by any chance they decide to add it, they would only need to take the GTR Longtail as a base and modify details of the bodywork, because the road version isn’t simply the race car without the rear wing, the interior is different, and there are also some differences in the bodywork compared to the race car. It would be much easier than building a car from scratch.
