I used a proper manual in midnight racing and it actually feels better personally in terms of performance and enjoyment(that’s true btw)

i only just s/t when i’m on a wheel

i use s/t to drift because auto just sets the gear too low

and i still use s/t because habits

believe me, a wheel is exponentially more difficult than a controller

it’s been 2 months and i’ve only recently figured it out

i still use a controller for online races and festival playlist because unlike on a controller if you lose control on a wheel it’s much harder to get back in control

normally on a controller you would quickly flick the joystick back and forth for things such as countersteering however on a wheel that flicking of the joystick translates to turning the wheel all 900 degrees in a second or two
