when i do those stats i just use cars with similar stats and stuff to decide what to set it to
I go with my knowledge and ācommon senseā and make them and try to fit for what you get

15-16 is not hypercar handling
like have u seen the rx7 ingame cuz it has like a base handling stat of like 17.4 which is better than some of the hypercars in-game already
and 8.9 on the braking is STILL the braking quality of a truck so add like another 5 or 6 or smth
