Types of Bugs to Report
1. The bug you report must be something that you can replicate, not a situation that you have encountered once in the game by chance
2. It must NOT be a Roblox issue (such as loading issues / most lag spikes)
Example: the loading issue when you are in someone else’s car
Note: if you are unsure about that, you can still report the bug just in case. The community and the moderators will make the final call
3. It must NOT be a glitch, because a glitch is a game flaw that a player triggers on purpose, rather than something that happens randomly and is caused by the game itself
4. The bug you are reporting has to be fixable. This means that you can’t report something that is caused by the game’s physics for example, because otherwise it would require the whole physics engine to be reworked, which isn’t worth it
5. It has to be something important enough to be fixed
=> If you don’t meet these requirements, your report is likely to be closed
Pro Crusher Requirements
1. You must be the first to report the bug. To know if your bug has already been reported or not, you can use the search bar. Here is a tutorial on how to use it
2. The Bugs > CC2 Bugs format has to be followed and your report must be detailed enough for the developers to find the issue and fix it more easily
The format
Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello https://trello.com/b/MQOkg2bq? If so, upvote it there instead!

**What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:**

**Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you?** Check yes if the bug didn't happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

3. It is highly recommended to include screenshots / videos in your report to provide clear visual evidence. If the bug you are reporting is related to the GUI, you must post a screenshot of the console (after typing /Console in the chat)
Checking for Duplicates
As said above, you can’t report a bug if it has already been reported before. But how do you find out?
Here are the steps to use the search bar properly:
1. Firstly, you must search the right keywords. For example, if your report concerns a specific car / crusher / tool / race (etc), simply enter its name. If it’s about another issue that you can’t clearly describe using a few keywords, type the best 2-3 words defining the bug
2. After that, to make sure the results only appear in the right category (Bugs > CC2 Bugs here), you must either directly type #bugs:cc2-bugs or use the filter just like in the images below
3. When you look for a possible duplicate, you must focus on the oldest ones first (I will elaborate on that later). For that, you can sort the results from newest to oldest and scroll all the way down and then check the reports while going up

If the Bug is Already Reported
When searching, if you find that the bug you wanted to report has already been reported by someone before you, here is what you can do:
- you can reply to the oldest report you found about the issue in order to bump it if it’s still open
- if it’s closed, you can click on the Me too button at the bottom
- or you can simply ignore it and move on
If you posted a duplicate report (because you didn’t see the original report or didn’t check), don’t worry! The community and the moderators will also check, and if they find an older report about the same issue, yours will be merged into it by the moderators
Tips to Get the Title Faster
1. The bugs that are most likely to get fixed quickly are by far those happening right after an update, BUT you must be really fast to report them and be the first one to do it
2. You should avoid reporting old bugs that have been in the game for a long time, as they have most likely been reported many times already and are unlikely to be fixed soon
Claiming the Title
If the bug you have reported has been fixed, congratulations! You’ve done the hardest part!
Now you have to claim your title. For that, you must be in the Car Crushers Discord server first. Then, you must DM a specific mailbox called ModMail. Here are the steps to do so:
In your message, you must put the following:
- the link of your report
- proof that the bug you reported has been fixed (a screenshot of the update logs / a video showing that the bug no longer appears)
