For the first question: just look on someones profile who has it and look at the section with granted other times
For Q2 : you can join any time in the month and have to make many contributions which is why I feel itās unfair for @Hyperion

iām sorry i joined on march 31st? what could i do in a day? i posted a but cmon march was the month i was eligible? this is absolute bs. i dont think any user ever has made this much contribution in their first month, and i get totally ripped off. whoever picked this, shame on you man, you couldve atleast given iconic microphone the badge bc he did a crazy amount aswell.
