I got to fly a small plane by myself a couple of times
I went on jetliner to Florida once but other than that nope

What was it like

I just miss the feeling and excitement of air travel, and all the airports that most of the time are really cool

first time i went on a plane i was three weeks old we were moving from new york to colorado. Its hard for me to believe some people my age have never been on a plane

I was in a plane cockpit (passenger plane) ans I got to say over the intercom “GO CARDINALS”
Pretty much everyone had left the plane by then so it wasn’t as cool but it was still neat
Lots of buttons literally everywhere u look

I got to tour the “Yankee Lady” B-17 flying fortress awhile back, many got to actually fly in it at the gunner positions and stuff
I watched that big bird fly through the air, gave me chills
I got to go all through and and hold one of the .50 cal BMG turrets
the whole plane was in beautiful shape for what it was
Went in the bomb bay too
