I think it would be a good car if you worked hard to get it like first get every car (including platina cars) then you would need to complete a quest by like finding a dig site and using something like the tiny version in the game which is industrial excavator and dig 100 tons of dirt. Once both completed then it will appear in the dealership as a special car for 50k platina.
