GM sadly has the tendency to kill something once it is perfected, take the 3.8 series I through III for example. It was killed because it was coarse and inefficient compared to rivals engines
but who cares it is one of the top 3 most insanely overengineered and lethal engines ever made
they are like a V6 version of the LS engine
GM didnt care and they killed it anyway. I mean they did care about the other stuff but they didnt seem to take into account its legendary racing status

thats what made the 3.8 as well as some of GM’s best transmissions
they also made amazing cars after 2008
chrysler is a mopar (dodge) brand
they shoulda killed something else, not sure what though

they already killed saturn they shoulda just stopped there tbh
but saturn did make okay cars
EDIT: maybe kill GMC instead but idk GMC made fantastic stuff
a lot of GMC stuff is just cloned chevy stuff and thats why thats an option to me
stuff like the GMC topkick and Syclone though then again kinda even that out
they shoulda kept pontiac though they actually had more stuff in the works before they killed it
one of those things is a Pontiac Vipe GXP supercharged
basically a toyota matrix on steroids and with different body kit and GM interior and Pontiac aesthetics and badging
fa-TASTIC little car, using toyota components and GM Pontiac and Buick performance components it wouldnt been amazing
