When ragdoll launches are disabled, you can still ragdoll

Even if you disabled ragdoll launches from the settings, you can still ragdoll every time you fall from a high place. It takes a few second to get up. Here’s a video explaining it:

Disabling ragdoll launches means that you won’t launch out of your car when you crash and destroy your car. Falling from a high place will still make you ragdoll however.
