What's the best grinding method?

I’m trying to grind to get the rocket car which is 60 Trillion, I already own upgrades like platinum material and all the crushers but which is the best grinding method? Playing derby or going to crushers.

Also I suggest Blackhole or the Super Blast for grinding, they’re in Row 4 for reference. Also derby is very good for gaining money quickly.

I haven’t even played CC2 in like 2 weeks, I grinded but I stopped since encountered something called burnouts :/ I don’t think the game is bad I just played it a lot.
