What is the bug?
When the rocket booster is enabled, the vehicle does not spawn at all, but the vehicle is able to spawn if I remove the rocket booster from it (this happens to every vehicle)

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
