Update old token badges to mastery badges

Update the old token 1 and 3 badges to say mastery 1 and mastery 3 (and make them obtainable again)

Well, I can see where you coming from but tokens we had to start at point 0 (with a multiplier) while mastery we go where we left off (also with a multiplier)
