What is the bug?
Sometimes you won’t unlock a car, even if you have the money.

How often does the bug happen?
Rarely.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

Is the bug related to GUI or something that only happens for you?
Not sure, so I’ll just post the console

if it thinks im not in the group, it wouldn’t show the progress for the group car, but it would show for the next nongroup car.

I got the opposite of your bug. I owned a car that i haven’t unlocked.
