The Record Holder achievement does not give out 2*

No actually it’s normal because the record you must beat is 09:159 and it’s been realized by the guy on 2nd place because of that bug:

[Minor] Race times can be shown in an incorrect order

Again, I don’t know how to replicate this, it happens randomly after a time is set and it gets on the leaderboards. [times wrong] In this image, there is a time of 40.88 inbetween a 40.176 and a 39.992.
